This Privacy Policy explains what information Ship Optimizer Pro ("we", "us") collects when you use our Chrome extension and website, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

2. What we do NOT collect

• We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — all payments are handled directly by Razorpay.
• We never store your Meesho login password.
• Meesho's internal category IDs are never shown in our interface and are not used for any purpose beyond the scan itself.

3. How we use your data

Your supplier ID and plan status are stored to determine whether your account has active access to the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use Razorpay for payment processing and Supabase for secure data storage. Both are subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Account and license data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for support and record-keeping purposes.

You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us — see our Contact page.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
