SHIP OPTIMIZER PRO
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ship Optimizer Pro ("we", "us", or "our") processes when you use our Chrome extension, website, licensing system, checkout flow, and related services, why we process it, and how it is used.

The supplier ID is not displayed in the consent wording. We save these support-only details and the consent timestamp in restricted Supabase records. No email verification code is sent. Neither the email nor phone is independently verified by us, and the record cannot be used as proof of account ownership. This is not required for shipping scans, payments or the 30-day introductory access. No rewards or marketing messages are sent. You can request deletion through Support. |

We use the information above to provide and operate Ship Optimizer Pro: checking 30-day introductory free access and paid Basic or Pro licenses; generating and testing image variations; comparing shipping-cost results; applying selected images when you choose; processing purchases, upgrades and renewals; preventing duplicate entitlements and trial abuse; sending service and transaction emails where applicable; support; and reliability. Previous email and WhatsApp bonus-day promotions are closed. We do not award free days for social follows or contacts.
We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use. Ship Optimizer Pro's use and transfer of information received through the extension, Chrome extension APIs, and the Meesho Supplier Panel adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed shipping-optimization purpose and closely related operational functions, and not for advertising, data-broker resale, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.

Account, license, checkout, payment, security, and historical verified-contact or reward-claim records are retained only as reasonably needed for the service, audit trails, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. We no longer issue promotional reward claims.
Temporary verification-session records from the retired reward system may be deleted after they are no longer operationally or legally necessary.
Older contact-verification requests may have expired codes retained only temporarily for secure cleanup. New optional contact connections do not trigger an email code. Consented support-contact details are retained as needed for account support and can be deleted on request, subject to legitimate legal and security requirements.
Trial-abuse and security logs are retained only for operational and abuse-prevention purposes and may be deleted when no longer reasonably needed.
Product images are not stored on Ship Optimizer Pro servers.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect account, payment-status, and license information. Sensitive server credentials are not embedded in the Chrome extension. Payment authorization and entitlement changes are handled by server-side systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, but we work to limit access to data and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your Ship Optimizer Pro account, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-record obligations that require us to retain certain information.
You can stop using the extension at any time by disabling or uninstalling it from Chrome.
Ship Optimizer Pro is intended for business users and Meesho sellers. It is not designed for children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
