Ship Optimizer Pro is a fully digital software service delivered through a Chrome browser extension. No physical goods are shipped to customers, and there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier timelines involved in any purchase.

How access is delivered

• The Chrome extension itself is installed directly by you from the source we provide.
• Free trial access is activated instantly within the extension when you click "Start Free Trial" — no waiting period.
• Paid plan access (Basic/Pro) is activated automatically and instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay — typically within a few seconds.

Access issues

If you complete a payment but do not see your plan activated within a few minutes, please contact us — see our Contact page — with your Razorpay payment ID, and we will resolve it promptly.
